Competition is in the air. Students and staff will be battling it out in multiple arenas this week, in digital pop-up stores, and on the volleyball court.
The senior class popcorn sale begins today at 7 AM and runs through 7am Friday. All the money raised will go to the Senior Class, however, Ms. Stephens and the Class of 2024 will be battling for ultimate sales bragging rights. “I am so happy to support the senior class,” said Ms. Stephens this morning. “This is a win-win competition, but please buy from my Pop-Up Shop. It is all about the bragging rights! ❤️”‘
Senior Class President, Derrick Prince said, “I’m looking forward to showing the camaraderie in Amityville and what it can accomplish given the adversities we face! It’s just a plus that I get to beat our principal in a friendly competition!”

The Class of 2025 will be hosting a Volleyball Night on Friday, April 19th, from 3:30 to 6 pm in the gym. The event will feature food, drinks, live music, and other entertainment.
Ms. Holland is seeking teams of staff and students from each grade, as well as players and spectators to represent their teams. Entry is $5.00 at the door, players included.
