“Jumanji: The Next Level” is a 2019 American fantasy comedy adventure film. It was directed and co-written by Jake Kasdan, along with Jeff Pinkner and Scott Rosenberg.  It is the fourth installment in the Jumanji franchise and a direct sequel to the 2017 film Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle. The film features famous actors such as Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Kevin Hart, and Karen Gillan. Many actors from the previous film reprise their roles in this brand new sequel.

Jumanji: The Next Level was officially released in theaters on December 13th, 2019. Since then it has managed to grossed $257.1 million in the United States and Canada. Rotten Tomatoes has given an approval rating of 71% based off 221 reviews, Metacritic weighted an average score of 58 out of 100 based on 37 reviews.

Overall, this sequel managed to do quite well with fans of the first movie!
